Well to start off the front desk sent me to another persons room twice so I had a issue with that being that both rooms were occupied and that wasn't cool at all especially when you have to explain why you just walked into someone's room but that wasn't the worst part at all which was the room had roaches in it like I've never in my life seen a roach as big as the one that was in my room so I wasn't happy about the stay at all..

For the price and advertising I expected continental breakfast. The office door to that feature was locked and no breakfast. Room was clean but had no lamps in the room. For the price it was bare bones minimum.

Parking full of potholes so first impression is zero, our room #223 the ceiling was covered with mold and water damage, door didn’t lock properly, bath was unusable the whole place looks rundown! Missing a great opportunity to capitalize more due to closeness to College Station.

There is not much to say about a $56 a night place to sleep. Room appears to have been updated. Furniture and bed were clean but the floors and bathroom were not. Ac worked. There was not breakfast in the morning and the front office door was locked when we went to check out at 830am. Attendant at the desk for check in was a nice guy.

The bed was very, very comfortable, most of the staff was wonderful, except for the gentleman who kept pounding on my door, asking if I needed towels at eight in the morning… He kind of knocks like the police. The outside of the building has many pieces of the stucco peeling off and looks very rundown. But inside the rooms it’s not bad. It’s very pleasant. It looks clean does not look dirty on the inside… I enjoyed my stay.

Property has a two star rating. The housekeeping was done well. (Bed, linen, towels, room all seemed clean). Parking lot/driveway needs repair. Rooms are old with a stuffy smell. A/C works! Nearby Whataburger restaurant stays open past midnight with breakfast options
