“Everything was perfect t”

“The only issue was ice machines on floors Only main floor worked But that one also had purified water. Which was nice. I travel with my small dog and there were lots of dog people which was nice.”

“Everything was fine except our bathroom. The door to the bathroom is a sliding door and it wouldn’t stay closed and it didn’t lock. The other issue we kept running into was there was no exhaust fan so the bathroom stayed VERY humid, wet & hot! The rest of the hotel was perfectly fine! Located next to a newer/upcoming area !”

“We stayed here as a halfway point on our way to the gulf coast. The room was very clean, the property was beautiful with nice outdoor and indoor sitting areas and amenities. We appreciated having the kitchenette. I loved the mimosa trees near the parking lot. The person who checked us in was nice and friendly. The view from our room was nice and the building is in a quiet location. Our one complaint was the people in the room above us walked very heavily and we heard between 1:00-2:00 in the……

“Our room was perfect and we enjoyed breakfast. The staff at the front desk were amazing. I would stay there again!”

“To start off with after we checked in the cart would not even hardly come into the room and could not pass at all by the furniture so to get our things off of the cart we had to leave the door open very poor Design. The carpet was dirty and smelled, the air conditioning was loud and left a lot of humidity in the air. The bathroom was nice until you went to try and hang your towel up and there was not a single towel bar nor one at the vanity……A tiny vanity where you could hardly set anything……

“We always stay here as we travel to and from our children’s homes to visit. Always clean and welcoming. Also easy access to the highway and restaurants nearby ”

“Sofa bed you could feel every spring. Bath tub had weird sticky feeling. I personally wouldn’t stay again!”

“This is a terrible hotel to stay at. The entire place is unsanitary. A cockroach was found in my initial room that I was given. My second room had crumbs all over the floor. The linen were covered in stains, and the sheets were stained yellow. I was informed by hotel staff that the sheets are “yellow.” I would not recommend staying at this place as it is unsanitary and the hotel staff are not very pleasant to deal with. The place looks nothing like it as advertised as.”

“The toilet was loose. The adjustable shower head was only working on one setting. The bathroom door was sticking when opening and closing. The wall outlet on the far side of the room right of the window is loose and didn’t work.”
