“The photos on the site do not do this condo justice. It is much nicer then the photos make it look. Really clean, had plenty of towels, quite spacious, nice little deck looking at the water, convenient to shops and restaurants and lovely pool. Would definitely stay here again! ”

“I had an incredible stay at this beachfront villa during my solo trip to Grand Cayman. The location was absolutely perfect—peaceful, private, and literally steps from the water. Waking up to ocean views each morning and ending my days with stunning sunsets made for a truly relaxing escape. The villa was clean, comfortable, well-equipped, and felt like a home away from home. I also loved being close to local restaurants, grocery stores, and the world-famous Seven Mile Beach while still enjoying a……

“This was condo was exactly as listed. It was well stocked with the things we needed. We texted back and forth with the owner when we arrived and he answer us promptly. It is on the third floor, but we enjoy being able to see the entire pool area. My husband enjoyed being able to get drinks at the pool bar. We enjoyed the beach chairs and umbrellas, which were included with the condo. They cleaned the pool area every morning and it seemed like they were out cleaning the pool every morning, too.……

“We were fortunate enough to book this condo last minute after a change in vacation location plans, and I could not have been more pleased. It's in a very convenient location with a pool and its own little beach. The grocery, a couple of liquor stores, and several restaurants are within a mile. The unit was clean and had everything that we needed for our stay. Kevin maintained excellent communication from the time of booking throughout our stay. This place is a gem!”

“We loved having the extra space of a condo versus a hotel room, and this condo was lovely, updated and included plenty of amenities. The owner responded immediately when we had a toilet leak and had it repaired ASAP. The beds weren’t super comfortable, so we had sore necks the entire time, but overall it was great. We were disappointed in the overall state of the condominium complex. It was quite rundown and the beach/swimming area wasn’t great. Additionally, there is an abandoned condo complex……
