Very clean and cozy. If you need to be at Eddie bush or central arenas for hockey tournaments I recommend this spot. It’s close to everything!

Cute little condo right in the heart of old Collingwood. Could walk to most shops and dining places. Only negative was the street parking, but we did not have any issues finding a spot close by.

Only suggestions: name coffee pot type in listing. Provide coffee filters for the pot. Hooks for clothing in bedrooms. Hooks in bathroom for wet towels. When you send door code send apt number A or B. Also how to access they back ally. Address is not on front or back of building. Put 219 on back for building. We arrived in the dark and guessed on how to get in and apt number. Luv’d the location and everything else. Was super responsive when we had questions after arriving. Would definitely recommend and stay again.

Nice apartment. Clean and new. Shower looked nice but the water came out slowly and wasn't very warm. The parking spot we were assigned was not available, and it was difficult to access the entrance. When we called the property management for help they told us "read the email." **Beware that the booking price may not at all reflect what you will be billed by Expedia. In fact we were charged more than $200.00 over what the transaction and receipt issued indicated. Neither the property management or Expedia could adequately explain this discrepancy initially, and were in contradiction with each other. Management said it was because we booked with Expedia and they charge high fees. In the end Expedia claimed it was a currency difference though this was not clear in the website transaction, and the receipt they issued did not document the currency they used to charge. If you don't need a kitchen, we suggest you stay at the nearby VanderMarck Boutique Hotel which has adequate parking, on sight staff, and will cost the same as this location came out to be in the end.

Room was nice clean and fine. The auto door code thing never worked, and when I asked for the code or keys they almost seemed annoyed. Saying that the send it and I didn't get any info or messages. Also the couch in the room was a tiny chair. And the walls didn't have much sound insulation better the rooms.

Overall good stay, nice to be close to local restaurants and layout of unit B was great, however, overpriced for what it is. I was expecting a “boutique” experience - There were aunts on the kitchen counter, shower/toilet/floors were not cleaned well (our feet were dirty shortly after getting unpacked), back porch lights didn't work (strings out and bulb at back door), air conditioning units were hard to use and wouldn't stay on all day or night so temperature was hard to regular, designated parking was hard to find (limited signage) and massive potholes leading up to lot scraped up car, and no additional towels, blankets, pillows, or cleaning products available. Master could use some side tables and more hangers in the closet.
