Steps to Main Steet Collingwood; walk to restaurants, shops, trails and waterfront! A mix of original charm with updated conveniences. Relax on the oversized sectional in front of a gas fireplace, and enjoy the huge live edge dining table and new kitchen for family meals. There is a private garden and patio at the rear of the house that creates a peaceful haven for guests. This spacious home offers plenty of space for friends & family to enjoy down time between all that Georgian Bay has to offer.
