We had a great stay here. The hotel was clean and beautiful. Everything looked new. And the free hot breakfast was really good, so many choices, eggs, pancakes, cereal, yogurt, croissants, sausage, home fries. The staff were all helpful and friendly. This hotel experience exceeded my expectations! I would highly recommend it and will definitely stay there again.

Every single staff member we interacted with was friendly, extremely helpful, polite and so kind. "Going out of their way" is the norm for them and while the property is ideally located, clean, has all the amenities it is the staff who make this location so special. We are coming to ski to Blue Mountain every spring and it is our first staying in Holiday Inn Express & Suites. Although the hotel is further from the ski slopes but very clean, contemporary and beautiful interior room, comfortable beds, great breakfast (a lot of varieties), and very friendly and helpful staff. Clean, new. Breakfast was good. Poor water pressure in washrooms. We had no hot water in shower so we had to move rooms. Also was disappointed with "Hot Tub" listed on the site. Turns out it wasn't a hot tub at all. Lukewarm at best. When I mentioned this issue at front desk, I was told it was always this temperature. That it was a "Spa" not a hot tub. False advertising. Was disappointed.

Upon arrival, we coukd barly speek to the receptionist. There was a group of people who were drinking and were extremely loud in the lounge area. Thw put us on to top floor, good thing. If notcwecwoukdcask forca refund and go somewhere else.
