Great location but not an accurate listing

I chose this place because it was a fantastic location and because it appeared easy to access for my traveling partner who has mobility issues and uses a cane. When we got inside the main door, the guide Cotoon sent said to go to the elevator. There was no elevator. When I asked about it they said it was a mistake in the guide. The guide also said to go to the first floor. After 46 STAIRS we got to our apartment ON THE THIRD FLOOR. I was also told this was a mistake in the guide It made for a difficult three days. Cotoon apologized and edited the guide for whoever books next. They were quick to respond but I’m the first to review so I’m wondering if they had recently acquired this property but had yet to go visit!

Nettes Appartment - zuwenig Geschirr

Insgesamt sehr schönes und gut gelegenes Appartment. Leider reicht die Ausstattung mit großen Tassen, Tellern etc. für sechs oder acht Gäste nicht aus. Die Spülmaschine läuft dann immer halbvoll. Folge ist, dass Kurzprogramme gewählt werden und die Maschine dann nicht richtig durchläuft so verstopft sie schnell und spült nicht mehr richtig - muss gewartet werden!und weil die Gäste denn
