Tolle, gemütliche Unterkunft am Rande des Zentrums von Colmar. Nahe genug, um alles fußläufig zu erreichen und weit genug entfernt, dass es ruhig liegt. Mit Liebe zum Detail urig eingerichtet und trotzdem alles vorhanden.

Schöner Städtetrip

Super Lage. Mit ein bisschen Glück findet man einen Parkplatz direkt vorm Haus, der über das Wochenende kostenfrei ist. Wir waren jetzt schon zum zweiten Mal hier. Immer wieder….

idéalement placé dans le vieux colmar , l'appartement est superbe, bien aménagé et très bien équipé. au calme c'est un vrai nid . se renseigner sur le stationnement si vous êtes en voiture.

Le logement est charmant et bien équipé, idéalement situé en centre ville de Colmar. Les équipes cotoon sont aux petits soins. Les pigeons juste au-dessus de la chambre sont plutôt pénibles : prévoir des pics pour les éloigner ? Un store (fenêtre cuisine) à changer.

Wohnung mit Flair und guter Ausstattung

Die Lage ist super, mitten drin aber trotzdem sehr ruhig. Da wir nur zwei Tage in der Ferienwohnung waren, können wir keine Langzeiteinschätzung abgeben. Die Wohnung gibt Jedem Rückmeldung bei Schritt und Tritt. Das Doppelbett ist angenehm komfortabel. Obwohl wir keine Freunde von vollklimatisierten Räumen sind, ist die Kühlung im DG wichtig. Wir hatten am 21.06.2019 draußen über 32°C. Deshalb haben wir das DG für die Nachtruhe runtergekühlt und konnten gut schlafen. Der Aufenthalt hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Für uns nichts !

Un cocon en plein coeur de Colmar mais quelques réserves...

Cet appartement était très bien situé dans la ville, au pied du centre de Colmar à 2 pas d'un des multiples marchés de noël. En revanche, malgré la déco Alsacienne typique et le confort, il faisait très froid dans cet appartement. on a eu du mal à se réchauffer, et la propreté laissait à désirer. Beaucoup de poussière sous les meubles et derrière le canapé convertible, des toiles d’araignées dans les alcôves au demeurant typiques. Et une douche pas très solide, avec le bouton d'ouverture de l'eau qui nous reste dans les mains et la pomme de douche qui ne tient pas sur son socle...Dommage, car c'était assez cosy.

J'ai apprécié l'emplacement, tout en étant en plein centre historique, c'était très calme. J'ai apprécié le charme de l'appartement : poutres, cachet de l'ancien.... J'ai apprécié le confort du canapé lit du salon : un vrai matelas de grande taille et confortable, ainsi que la cuisine bien équipée. Le matelas ou sommier (à vérifier ) du lit en mezzanine est déformé. Prévoir un rideau occultant à la fenêtre de la cuisine.

Gut ausgestattete Wohnung in ruhiger, zentraler Lage. Stadtzentrum zu Fuß zu erreichen.
