This 55m² apartment has:

The apartment is on the raised ground floor, you will have to take 5 steps to access the accommodation.

The Saint-Antoine Ladhof district, a sector with a former agricultural and wine-growing vocation, the district was marked by the canal port inaugurated in 1864, the municipal factories built in 1868 but above all by the André Kiener, Schoewer-Hartmann spinning mills and Benkhard-Koehler. House rules:

This accommodation is non-smoking. The use of cigarettes, e-cigarettes, hookahs and any other smoking device is prohibited.

Smoking or using a smoking device will result in a penalty of €250 additional cleaning fee.



Animals are accepted on request (animals under 15kg and not dangerous) with a supplement of 30€ per stay per animal.



Bed linen and towels as well as standard final cleaning at the end of the stay are included in the price. This includes change of bed linen, general cleaning of the apartment and sanitary facilities.



However, it is up to you to clean and put away the dishes, take down the trash cans, empty the fridge, freezer, dishwasher, oven, microwave as well as tidy up inside the apartment. If you do not want to take care of this, you can order a supplement called "complete cleaning" of the apartment before your arrival for 30 euros. In the absence of prior reservation of this option, and in the event of non-compliance with these instructions, penalties of €60 for cleaning costs will be invoiced to you.



A signature of a digital contract as well as your ID, via the Yaago platform, will be requested after booking, as well as information for the police file, in accordance with the regulations in force. If the identity of the people present during the stay does not match that of the reservation, we reserve the right to refuse you access to the accommodation.
