Hotel was clean and in a good location in West Philly, Ubers/Lyfts/Shuttle was about 15 minutes from Center City. Shuttle was convenient for travel, when available. Indoor pool was nice but cold. When we first arrived we were greeted by the front desk n she was very nice but when we got to our room it stated there were microwaves in the room on the site but it is not…..the A/C vents were filthy but housekeeping did come n clean them…..the tv turns off when you turn the channels…..light went ...

The room needs updating, doesn’t look like the photos in the ad. The sheet was old with stains and there was hair on the sheets. The carpet needs to be replaced or at least a trough cleaning. Ceiling and wall mirrors need cleaning, they had heavy fingerprints.
