Buen hotel, aunque un poco viejo tiene todas las comodidades; la habitación estaba pequeña pero muy linda, el personal muy amable y la ubicación esta excelente para moverte en metro o tren.

Excellent location for Cologne landmarks. We took the train going there and walk about 10 minutes to the hotel. Traditional breakfast is offered for 14 euro.

Good for the price. Fresh fruit available. Beds were comfortable, but they use a terrycloth sheet (may be a problem for people with sensory issues as it is quite scratchy). No AC in room, but provided a fan. It would be nice if there were bars or other security outside the windows so they could be opened and still feel safe. The bathroom door handle was somewhat loose which made it difficult to lock. Ivan at the front desk was very nice and gave us lots of recommendations. They also held our bags during the day until they closed at 3pm which was appreciated.

First of all, the staff are very kind and happy to help. I struggled with figuring out the German style lock on the door, and the receptionist was happy to help. The room was clean, and the athroom was also kept neat with a hair dryer available. Also centrally located - less than 10 minutes to the cathedral and train station. Overall it was a great stay for one night!

The staff was very friendly and multilingual. It has a VERY convenient location: close (read: walkable) to lots of attractions and the train station. Good food options also close by. They also offer sleeping cots for children at no additional charge. Definitely recommend!

Great location just minutes from the train station. There are plenty of restaurants within a 10 minute walk. The Cologne Cathedral is also within 10 minute walk. Breakfast was good and plenty of variety. I would definitely recommend the Hotel Muller.

Good location but as usual during my visits to Cologne, overpriced for the size and condition of the room offered. It is an insult to visitors having to put up with these conditions in Cologne during a fair.

Hotel vlakbij de Dom Kathedraal

We vinden het hotel heel goed voor korte reis, maar het is ingewikkeld om binnen te komen wegens de toegangscode . Verder liep goed.. Ah!! Het ontbijt is lekker
