CasaVerde = House in the Countryside<br><br>*Parking—FREE across the street*<br><br>An idyllic little country house not far from Cologne (3 km from the city limits), perfect for relaxing.<br><br>- Wi-Fi<br>- Living room with sunroom<br>- Nespresso and drip coffee makers for delicious coffee<br>- Dishwasher<br>- Washing machine<br>- 2 terraces (south + north) + garden for exclusive use<br>- Sun loungers on the lawn<br>- 50-inch TV & Blu-ray<br><br>Living room & sunroom:<br>The cosy furnishings, including a comfortable sofa (recamier) and a 50-inch LED TV with international channels as well as a Blu-ray player (including a small selection of DVDs), ensure a pleasant and relaxing stay. The dining area is located in the bright sunroom with a view of the greenery.<br><br>Kitchen:<br>The kitchen features a spacious built-in kitchen unit with a 4-burner ceramic cooktop, oven, refrigerator/freezer, and dishwasher.<br>For coffee lovers, in addition to a standard (filter) coffee maker, a Nespresso machine and a pod machine are also available.<br><br>Bedroom (Loft):<br>The cosy bedroom is accessible via a space-saving staircase. Two single beds invite you to enjoy a restful night’s sleep.<br><br>Bedroom / Dressing Room:<br>Another bed is located in a small separate room, which also features dressers and an open wardrobe.<br><br>Bathroom with Window:<br>A walk-in shower, Geberit Design toilet, vanity unit with a large mirror, and a towel warmer extend the cosy atmosphere into this room as well.<br><br>When the weather is nice, the outdoor area offers plenty of possibilities: Two terraces (approx. 40 square metres) and lawns (approx. 200 square metres) surrounding the house, complete with various seating areas, garden tables, and two sun loungers, invite you to linger.<br><br>We live in the front part of the main house on the same property, in a separate building, and are happy to assist with any questions or to help out if you’ve forgotten to buy sugar while shopping.<br><br>The country house has a very cosy layout and is furnished to offer 66 square metres of living space, including a kitchenette, sleeping loft, sunroom, and bathroom with shower.<br><br>Heating is provided sustainably via a solar-powered air-source heat pump (with a photovoltaic system on the roof).<br><br>By the way: not only are bed linens and towels provided, but the beds are already made! ;)<br>Dishcloths, kitchen towels, and dish soap are all available for your use.
