"This was the perfect place to stay for our family vacation! It’s only 15-20 minutes from the beach, the space and affordability were definitely worth that drive, and Coloma was such a cute town to explore as well. It was very clean, plenty of space for our family of 4, they had snacks and coffee and toiletries there for us. Rick was very responsive to my questions. It doesn’t show it in the photos, but the house does have curtains and and/or blinds on all the windows in case you’re worried about...

"This is a gorgeously designed property in a great location. We walked to do all of our shopping and dining. We also did quick day trips to Holland and St Joe. We will definitely return to this property and recommend it to our adult friends."

"We love this small city. The location of the apartment is convenient to the beach and downtown areas. Enjoy the restaurants and bars that are reasonable walk away. Going to the beach, you can drive downtown and park in one of the 24 hour lots."

"Great location for my stay. The place was clean and had everything I needed. The bed was little soft for me, but it was ok. The apartment is one corner of a house that is divided into 3 units. If one of your neighbors is noisy, you will hear it through the walls. It wasn't a big problem for me, but it was noticeable."

"This clean, well stocked and centrally located apartment was perfect for my month in St. Joseph. It was walkable to downtown, the beach and restaurants. Wifi was reliable and strong for working remotely for part of my stay. I'd definitely stay again!"

"Karen is a wonderful host and the blueberry pie was delicious. We stayed in the comfortable studio with our dog and enjoyed the peaceful setting in the woods with trails to nearby campsites and a frog pond and field that was perfect for stargazing. The property is in close proximity to all area attractions but remote enough that we felt we were in our own private woodland. We also appreciated the separate recycling can and the compost bucket that was provided."

"My wife and I rented this place for a getaway weekend. The place was very updated and clean. The location (close to the beach and downtown) was geat as well. Communication with the owner was awsome! The only suggestion I have is the TV could be updated. It is not a smart tv, so you cant choose to watch Netflix or other streaming services. It's still 5 stars though, and I would stay there again if in the area."

"The house was a perfect place to stay for the weekend. We were able to locate it quickly and it was a short distance to Baroda/St. Joseph wineries. The house was very clean, dishes provided, fire wood, and ample room for 6 adults. We will be back."

"We had a wonderful time. The condo was cozy and comfortable. I will say that there must not have been recent guests before us because we saw a lot of dust and cobwebs on the windows and room fans, but we cleaned it up as needed. The walk to the beach was much further than we anticipated, thankfully our 4 year old is always up for an adventure as the path down and pack up is extremely steep. Other owners had golf carts which definitely makes the trek easier. One nice neighbor saw us about to...
