「Liked: Friendly staff. Early check-in. Good location (local bus direct to centre and to Balapan station). English-language channels on the TV. Breakfast included (although mostly Indonesian food).
Disliked: The standard room was quite small and had no kettle or fridge. There was also no "no smoking" option with the standard room.」
