We stayed here 3 nights before boarding our cruise. The rooms were clean and the AC was cold which was nice. The lobby smelled old and musty but looked clean. This property was close to everything, shopping mall and the free zone and the cruise port we were make to walk there. Can’t speak much to the amenities since we didn’t use them.

My family and I stayed at this hotel because we were going on a cruise that docked very close by, and it turned out to be a great choice. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, and the staff were friendly, welcoming, and very helpful throughout our stay. They were also patient and accommodating with all of my questions, which I really appreciated. Everything went smoothly from start to finish, making our stay stress-free and enjoyable. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a convenient and pleasant place to stay, especially if you're cruising from the nearby port.

We had an excellent stay at the Radisson in Colon. The staff here was exceptionally friendly. The front desk attendants Javier and Yelenis took great care of us. They accommodated all our needs seamlessly, and the bartender and restaurant provided excellent service. I strongly recommend staying here when visiting Panama.

Clean rooms and some of the most pleasant staff I've ever encountered. Some items changed on the breakfast menu daily which was a lovely surprise. Limited parking but definitely felt safe. The exterior of the hotel definitely needs upgrading but it was a lovely stay.

I've stayed at the hotel more than 5 times and aware that it is not a new hotel but the rooms need up-grading especially: - (1) The bathroom tiles were moldy and totally unacceptable. The cleaner tried and gave it a scrub but. I bought a bathmat to use. I did get a change of room the next day with which the bathroom was a wee bit better than the first. It is in terrible need of re-tiling. the tiles need to be replaced . The rustic holes on the tiles collecting bacteria and the floor was the worst. (2) the sheets smelt like old storage

Very clean and spotless room, and the breakfast was yummy. They also offered a nice complimentary drink, which was a lovely touch. There’s a nearby duty-free mall where you can find items at very competitive prices, which was super convenient.
