Stunning Sea/Harbour Views in a Beautiful Stone Built Cottage - Village Location

"We booked our trip last minute and were pleasantly surprised at the accommodation for the price that we paid. Upstairs there is a small loo separate bath room and two good sized bedrooms with great views across the harbour. The middle floor at road level is the kitchen diner and living room. Downstairs has a double bedroom separate utility, shower room with loo and sun room onto the garden. The property itself is homely and is located in a great position for access to the harbour. The outside space allowed the dogs to do what they like to do in the garden. If you enjoy people watching this is the place for you, just remember to cover up if you are going for a midnight trip to the loo. The house is generally well equipped but be aware that some of the foodstuff in the cabinets is well past its use by date. The parking space available is adequate but we did have a resident complain about us driving through private property to access it. Overall I would recommend the property if you are able bodied and the communication and check in process was seamless."
Daisy Barn - Beautiful Grade 2 listed conversion

"Daisy Barn was easy to find. The hosts, Vicky & Nathan, communicated very well. Although we travelled without children, it appears to be very child friendly. The location is great. There are walks from the barn. Mevagissey is close and very beautiful with lots of restaurants and a lot of nice shops. The museum and aquarium are worth a visit."

"Sam & Roy the hosts are most welcoming, the hotel sits atop the highest point of Mevagissy overlooking the spectacular bay, there is a room with seating arranged to take full advantage of the view. The hotel is perfectly placed to use as a base for coastal walks and famous local attractions. Breakfasts are generous and freshly prepared, simple food is available in the evening with plenty of local hostelries to pick for an evening out. We very much enjoyed our stay and would recommend The Mevagissy Bay Hotel if you are considering a stay in the area."

"A fabulous location with a view of the harbour. A quick walk from the village and a great base for exploring Cornwall, though driving through the village itself is a bit tricky. The bed was very comfortable - nice and firm. From the pictures, we were expecting a bath but there wasn't one; however, the shower was superb! Everything we needed was included. We had a great week."
