The grounds are beautifully maintained, full of native plants and wildlife—we even saw a sloth in the garden on our last day. The main guest space is a glass enclosure surrounded by lush landscaping; it’s especially peaceful during rainstorms.Eduardo, a Costa Rica native, is incredibly knowledgeable about the area.……

“This place is exotic! 6 of us stayed here with plenty of space. The first day some of our group was ill and so we stayed in most of the day. It still felt like an exotic vacation. The views of the jungle, the wild life, and the plants are amazing on this property. We loved how much character the property and house has! The beds were so comfortable. The house had everything we needed. Gloria was so responsive and helpful. There is so much to do once we left the property. The neighbors……

I've stayed in agroturismos in Italy, and this was a very similar experience, complete with the fabulous food.
