Check-in Process: All guests will need to complete our secure, online ID Verification process to receive the door code and check-in instructions. Similar to hotels requiring photo ID upon check-in, we ask that guests provide a copy of their government-issued ID, a matching selfie, and a credit card to verify identity. This is used to prevent fraudulent reservations, identity verification, and for the safety of all guests and homes. We take data security very seriously. AGE REQUIREMENT: The main guest must be at least 21 years old. We cannot accommodate guests who do not meet this age requirement unless prior approval has been granted our team before check-in.

Although the home doesn't have central AC, our evenings in this region are generally cool in the summertime, simply opening the windows will provide natural coolness.

-Please keep all trash secure in the bins. Do not leave any trash out overnight for your safety and the surrounding active wildlife in the city's area.
