You will love this gorgeous 4 bedroom, home located just 1 block from the heart of Manitou Springs, Colorado. We are thorough on the cleaning, all towels and sheets are white and bleached for every stay as well as handles/counters sprayed with disinfectant for every stay!
Built in 1998, this fabulous Santa Fe-style home has been completely updated. The 2,100 square feet includes 4 spacious bedrooms, large closets, new mattresses and bedding, and loads of light.

There are 2.5 baths and 2 fireplaces. The open kitchen is complete with granite, new pine cabinets and charming wood beams with saltillo and wood floors.

The dining area has 2 sliding doors that open to a private patio with adobe fire pit and 2 viewing decks that face the town, the Manitou Incline, and Pikes Peak.

The master features a walkout deck, fireplace, large walk-in closet, and new on-suite with dual shower and large corner tub.

The lower-level room has a great bonus area for X-Box fun and a half bath.

There is a 2 car garage and room to park cars in the driveway, which is rare in Manitou.

Come and stay at this beautiful home with an open floor plan, and breathtaking views of town, and Pikes Peak.

Additional amenities include a free shuttle stop across the street, public pool and gym, river walk, arcade, art center, bars and restaurants, and hot springs spa with yoga and dance classes available.

Great stay! Home is conveniently located a short walking distance to downtown Manitou. It is also much nicer in person than the photos suggest, which is always a nice surprise. A couple of things to note though-this is not a house for anyone with toddlers or mobility issues. There are a ton of stairs and the bedrooms are mostly spread out on different floors. The second bedroom on the third floor has to use the Master bathroom or go down a flight of stairs to use the bathroom on the second floor so that might be an issue for some folks.

Perfect spot in Manitou

The house was exactly as described. It was very clean, well stocked, and furnished. We didn’t have to worry about anything. The location is great just like all the reviews said. You can take the bus into town or walk and not have to worry about parking. Everything is convenient and there is a grocery store a few miles away. We would almost never have needed our car except for visiting garden of the Gods and grocery shopping. We would definitely stay here again. The views are also amazing! The only thing I can say is that if you have any issues with stairs this may be an issue with the three different levels. It was not an issue for us however. An amazing gem!

Location was perfect

We gathered here for a family vacation. Great to have different levels, close to downtown, and communication with host was excellent. There are a number of stairs at this property, so it is not meant for those with mobility issues. As mentioned in other posts, the driveway is very steep, but great to have a two car garage.

Absolutely loved it. Stayed with our whole family and had plenty of space and comfort. We were able to walk one block and catch the bus into town or even all the way to the cog train, or we could easily walk the half mile or so to the main part of downtown. We loved the porches and decks, with a beautiful view of the mountains. The house was beautifully decorated, and we had everything we needed and more. We even had a visit from a deer (pronghorn??) on the back deck one afternoon! We will definitely use this home when we are back in the area.

Beautiful views and very comfy base camp for a very active vacation

The house was great and had all we needed to feel comfortable and relaxed. We had probably one of the best equipped kitchens I’ve had in a VRBO and the views from the house were just breathtaking with pikes peak and the manitou incline just outside. We were able to walk to the downtown and to the shuttle for the incline. Very clean and quiet too! Hosts were great as well

Family vacation

Our family had a great experience here. Beautiful, spacious and clean home. Close to everything in Manitou Springs, we walked or rode the nearby free shuttle everywhere. The home had everything we needed and owners were very responsive.

Wonderful stay!

My sister and I along with our young adult kids had a great time staying in Manitou Springs! The house had plenty of room for us all and was so comfortable! It was a great location as we could walk into town for shopping and eating and were so close to Pikes Peak, Garden of the Gods and Colorado Springs. It was a great place for us all to stay!

Great place, great location

The property is within walking distance of the old part of downtown Manitou. Right across from a park, and just a few minutes from Garden of the Gods. The bus shuttle to the Pike's Peak Cog railway was also just across the street. The property was outstanding, and as far as being stocked for a place to vacation (band-aides, condiments, TV networks (via Roku)), it was the best I've ever experienced. On the down side, neither my Lexus nor my son's Civic could clear the "bend" in the driveway. The drive comes out a few feet with just a little slope and then bends sharply to create maybe as much as a 45 degree angle. Both cars scraped their bottoms where the driveway changed angles. We ended up parking on the steep part of the drive. The emergency brakes held, but some of us needed help to keep the car door open while we entered and exited the car. The road leading up to the house was also quite steep, but all of us were able to make it up the hill...and then stop to catch our breath. Overall though, this is an excellent place to stay.
