Welcome to our cozy loft. This home is within walking distance of quaint downtown Monument, with several restaurants and boutiques to choose from. Nestled in the Rocky Mountain Range, close to hiking and biking trails, and Monument Lake. Easy I25 access to USAFA, Colorado Springs, Pikes Peak, Garden of the Gods, and many other attractions.

Mountain Retreat

Perfect lodging in a quaint Colorado town. The entire neighborhood was exactly what I expected from many trips to Colorado. My daughter booked the Hearth House venue for her wedding that was within walking distance to this rental. Bruce answered my call on the second ring at 1am after arriving late from hours of delayed flights in route. That means a lot to me that he answered and politely reminded me of the combination to access the property. It was a great stay and the only complaint I have is that it was too short. Thanks Bruce!

We were a little taken aback at finding the property and the steps to the living area. But all advertized items were available and clean. Location provided easy access to where we were visiting. Needs to say "bring your TV access codes", but the TV was code ready.

This loft is an adorable spot to stay in Monument, CO! The loft was so cute inside, with little details throughout that made it such a fun stay. The bed was comfy and the air conditioning made for a good night’s rest. Make sure to bring your sleep mask if you want to sleep in because the loft has beautiful sky lights throughout. Would definitely stay here again if I make it back to Monument.

This is a cute loft property, thus stairs. Owner has put two window standing AC units in. They worked just fine. Check in and out was super simple.

I expected more of a studio, but there was plenty of room in this loft. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed, and it was perfect for our weekend stay during a family reunion.

Great place to stay!

We needed a place to stay for 3 weeks. This was a beautiful, cozy loft in a fun Monument location. Walkable to most everything! It’s bigger than it looks from pictures, with great decor. Bruce was an awesome host!
