Beautiful location with lovely outdoor amenities. The buildings are a bit dated but rooms redone with mountain charm. Lots of space and beautiful views. Highly recommend
It was wonderful property to stay with family specially young kids.! There is special kids pool and splash pad where kids had so much fun.! Definitely recommend with anyone with young kids to stay here.!
Our room (Bear Cave 104) you could tell was cleaned in a hurry. Room is slightly outdated and you can hear everyone walking above you as the floors creak really bad. Staff was very nice and helpful. Food at elevate was very pricey and no flavor. Pools were awesome and you take golf carts around the premises. Overall fun experience. Amazing views!!!

Liked: Staff & service, amenities
Disliked: Property conditions & facilities
Staff were great and you can tell this was a spectacular place once upon a time. There seems to be a lot of deferred maintenance. For the price, I expected nicer.
The hotel has been revamped since I was their last. It is in very good shape and is one of the best hotels in Colorado Springs. We found that the food and the overall condition of the property was excellent. The only downside to this hotel is that it is popular. On the weekend that we were there there were two very large weddings and they overwhelmed the staff in the restaurant. Nonetheless, we got through it well and very much enjoyed our stay..
Their pools and hot tub were very nice and well maintained. We enjoyed two of the in house restaurants one for breakfast which was a very good breakfast buffet and the grill, bar which we had a very tasty buffalo burger and ruben sandwiches. The rooms were clean and very nice with a nice balcony to sit out on. Beautiful views.
Loved our stay. Room was clean, comfortable. Great private deck with views of the golf course, lake, & mountains. Grille served a delicious dinner and had live music and a great covered patio. Breakfast buffet was delicious. Staff were do friendly, helpful - loved the ability to walk the property or take a golf cart. Valet was amazing! Will definitely be back!
I loved the Mountain View’s, how close it was to many of the local attractions such as Pikes Peak Cheyanne Zoo and Garden of the Gods. I would most definitely recommend staying here and include the breakfast buffet with your stay!
We traveled with 2 kiddos after being at the zoo all day. Clean rooms & updated. Buffet was okay could use some more variety & Wish they had more options for kids. We used the pool features the most, they let you use toys for the kiddos in the water. Over all a good stay.
The staff are really nice and very helpful whenever you needed something they would help you right away. Period elevations had delicious food. The amenities at the lap pool/beach area or lots of fun. The room that I stayed in was very clean and functional layout. The Matcha and ice cream at the novelty store was delicious. The staff went above and beyond meaning the staff at the restaurant, front desk and maintenance/room service.
