Perfect for comfortable family gathering

This was my second stay in this lovely home! What I love the most is the large area for the family together for games, meals and movies. Plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms makes everyone comfortable. We loved our week in Colorado Springs.

Fantastic Property Centrally Located

A wonderful spacious home located near various attractions, including the USAF Academy, and shopping. The property managers were terrific. The home even has an outdoor putting green and frisbee course. Very clean and appointed home. Would recommend for families.

Family Vacation

This property was just what we needed. The house was beautiful and very clean. Easy access to everything we wanted to do on our vacation. The downstairs game room and bedrooms were perfect for the teenagers in our group too hang out. We would definitely book this one again on our next trip.

Great Stay for a Zoo Weekend

We came up from Northeastern Colorado for an extended weekend to go to the Cheyenne Mountain Zoo. The house was centrally located and easy to find. Comfortable place for a family with little kiddos!

Perfect property for a family vacation!

The property was fantastic; clean, spacious and plenty of fun due to the putting green, Frisbee golf, nice yard and deck. The location was perfect for us as we visited the Garden of Gods, Pikes Peak, and did mountain biking and of course the Royal Gorge white water rafting. One of the best family vacations we have had!

Excellent property!

12 of us convened from 4 different states for USAFA graduation. We arrived to an extremely clean and home. The bedrooms were all very comfortable! The backyard is amazing and welcoming. Great communication with the owner. Highly recommended and great location for any USAFA family!!

Great place to gather

This house was the perfect place for our friends and family to be together as we experienced all that Graduation Week at USAFA had to offer. Everyone was able to be together with something for everyone. This is a great place for all ages to enjoy with lots of room

We could not have been more pleased. Loved all the comfortable seating and the fun backyard activities were a bonus. We had family join us for our daughter’s graduation and this was a fantastic home!

Wonderful property in a gorgeous city

Our family of 8 adults loved this home rental. We had plenty of bedrooms with comfortable beds. We had plenty of bathrooms with nice showers. The gathering area was large with a perfect table for family games in the evenings. We also enjoyed the disc golf and the mini golf. Bonus was plenty of parking. Don't hesitate to book this home for your group.

Spacious house

Clean and spacious, just as it looks in the pictures. Great location, and view of Pikes Peak from the kitchen and deck. Be aware, check in at 4:00 means 4 or after, not 5 minutes earlier. Also, no supplies (such as coffee filters) and no directions for the televisions. With that in mind, we would definitely stay there again.

Amazing

Absolutely beautiful place, clean and well-maintained. Huge living room with 2 separate dining spaces, mini golf in backyard with Mountain View & all amenities needed included. We were a family of 8 & this was perfect for us. It has 5 bedrooms & 3.5 bathrooms so it can easily accommodate more people. I definitely recommend this place to a large group.

Family friendly

The house was big enough for our family of 12. The boys spent hours in the backyard with the putting green and the frisbee golf. Nice way to get them out of the house. They had a high chair, a pack and play, and toys for our young ones which was nice.

Amazing stay

The property was everything we where expecting. It even snowed one day and the kids was able to enjoy the sleds that can with the house. We are from where it never snows and didn’t even think about bring sleds. We where very happy that the house had some. To our surprise the house came with someone to shovel the snow off the porch, drive way and back deck. We really appreciated that. I highly recommend this property.

Beautiful home with space to spread out…

The pictures on this listing does not do this place any justice. It’s wide open with plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms. The backyard area was pretty cool with the putting green and disc golf and the views of the mountains with the sunset every evening was perfect. The neighborhood was extremely quiet outside of the neighbor kid who was very talkative but very polite. He just kept popping his little head up over the fence and it made us laugh every time. The only minor issue we had was accessing the property because of the keypad lock. We just had to keep playing with it and trying to time the turn at the right time for the door to open. Overall, this place is perfect and close to everything and I would highly recommend…

Family Vacation

This house was wonderful for a large group - we had 9 adults and 3 kids (under the age of 5). The interior of the home was set up wonderfully with shared spaces, plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms. Kitchen was fully stocked. The backyard was really amazing and kept the kids occupied with the putting green, Frisbee golf and green spaces. Only Cons is there are no TVs or fans in the bedrooms so there was no white noise and the air circulation wasn't great - the tstat is also preset and locked so you cannot change the temp inside the home so the living spaces can get very warm in the afternoon in direct sunlight. We did have a couple of hiccups with the door code when we checked in and the wifi was down the second day but a couple of quick calls to the property management company and it was resolved easily. Overall loved our stay and you can't beat the view of Pike's peak from the back of the house!

Beautiful home with great views!

We stayed several days in this home and so enjoyed the lovely yard, sunny living room, and large kitchen, with plenty of space to spread out and relax. There are several living/seating areas so we could work, puzzle, and play at the same time. The west side of the house has a living area with large windows and skylights - our favorite spot with the large pines outside sighing in the wind. Dishes were a pleasure with the view of Pikes Peak out the kitchen window, and the large dining table sat all of us - a huge perk!! The house was situated really well for our plans - 15-20 minutes from attractions. We did have some cleanliness issues - crumbs and smears in kitchen/dining, dirty windows at toddler level, and a toilet that got missed under the seat. We just took care of it all as we unpacked (didn't want to eat dinner or put groceries on dirty surfaces or fridge!), and contacted management a few days later. Apparently if we had let them know immediately, they would have had it recleaned (and we just would have waited to unpack until then, I guess!). So maybe just check it out before unloading - but otherwise, we truly enjoyed our stay!

A real gem

So happily surprised. Pictures were great but in person this property was amazing. If possible, it’s bigger on the inside. Putting green and frisbee golf was a bonus.
