Perfect for comfortable family gathering

This was my second stay in this lovely home! What I love the most is the large area for the family together for games, meals and movies. Plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms makes everyone comfortable. We loved our week in Colorado Springs.

Family Vacation

This property was just what we needed. The house was beautiful and very clean. Easy access to everything we wanted to do on our vacation. The downstairs game room and bedrooms were perfect for the teenagers in our group too hang out. We would definitely book this one again on our next trip.

Fantastic Property Centrally Located

A wonderful spacious home located near various attractions, including the USAF Academy, and shopping. The property managers were terrific. The home even has an outdoor putting green and frisbee course. Very clean and appointed home. Would recommend for families.

12 of us convened from 4 different states for USAFA graduation. We arrived to an extremely clean and home. The bedrooms were all very comfortable! The backyard is amazing and welcoming. Great communication with the owner. Highly recommended and great location for any USAFA family!!

A real gem

So happily surprised. Pictures were great but in person this property was amazing. If possible, it’s bigger on the inside. Putting green and frisbee golf was a bonus.

Spacious house

Clean and spacious, just as it looks in the pictures. Great location, and view of Pikes Peak from the kitchen and deck. Be aware, check in at 4:00 means 4 or after, not 5 minutes earlier. Also, no supplies (such as coffee filters) and no directions for the televisions. With that in mind, we would definitely stay there again.

Overall this was a great stay while we were in town! Management was very communicative and bedrooms and bathrooms were very comfortable. House was clean and we quickly felt at home! Only things I will say is that some furniture could stand to be replaced (however things were clean) and that the TVs are a bit outdated so streaming options were very limited if that’s something you want during your stay.

Great Stay for a Zoo Weekend

We came up from Northeastern Colorado for an extended weekend to go to the Cheyenne Mountain Zoo. The house was centrally located and easy to find. Comfortable place for a family with little kiddos!

Perfect property for a family vacation!

The property was fantastic; clean, spacious and plenty of fun due to the putting green, Frisbee golf, nice yard and deck. The location was perfect for us as we visited the Garden of Gods, Pikes Peak, and did mountain biking and of course the Royal Gorge white water rafting. One of the best family vacations we have had!

Great cozy home!!

This house was a perfect stay for my family and a few friends. It fit us all perfectly. The beds were very comfortable. The house was very clean and well kept. It also so very cozy and we loved it. The property was much bigger than what I had anticipated. I was so happy there was a good amount of parking as well. I would definitely stay here again! Highly recommend!!

Good house for a family stay and gatherings. Highlights: two large family rooms on main level, comfortable, clean, everything in working order, and the house access had just 1 step so it was good for elderly guests. The only two things to be aware of, located in a very plain residential neighborhood, and no access to the garage.

Wonderful property in a gorgeous city

Our family of 8 adults loved this home rental. We had plenty of bedrooms with comfortable beds. We had plenty of bathrooms with nice showers. The gathering area was large with a perfect table for family games in the evenings. We also enjoyed the disc golf and the mini golf. Bonus was plenty of parking. Don't hesitate to book this home for your group.
