The area was nice and close to shopping places. The only thing was our room was changed from 2 queen beds to a king bed. I was not informed beforehand and only told that my manager probably changed it cause we were over booked. It would have been nice to be informed.

If visiting Colorado Springs, this hotel is a very convenient location. It is close to the main highway so all sightseeing locations were a short drive. The hotel rooms were a very nice size, in great shape, very clean, and a great view of the mountains. We stayed for a week and enjoyed our stay at this location.

Although I booked a double queen I was provided a single king with no other options. The bar and grill was closed unexpectedly one night. But the room and grounds were clean and the property was in a very convenient location. The staff needs to be more organized for big event weekends as there were many issues with rooms/guests.

The room was fine overall, though a couple of details need attention. The body wash in the shower was empty -- I discovered that only while showering on my last morning before checkout. The refrigerator also made enough noise that I unplugged it to sleep; I’m sensitive to sound. The staff was helpful, parking was ample, and I appreciated the coffee station opening at 6 a.m. Breakfast costs about $12 per day, which I skipped because there are plenty of nearby places to eat. The main reason I chose this hotel was its proximity to Garden of the Gods, nearby shops, and the pleasant parking-lot area for a short walk after dinner. The fitness center is small and has only kettlebells and a floor mat, but there is a separate room with treadmills, free weights, and a bench. The pool also looked nice. Wi‑Fi was available, though I didn’t use it because my Xfinity Mobile data with hotspot was very fast. That may be a plus for guests who prefer not to use public Wi‑Fi. I also appreciated being able to email a file to the hotel for printing. Overall, this place ticked many of the boxes I want in a hotel. It was a good stay, and I would likely return.
