The room was very clean and spacious. Centrally located near plenty of food and shopping. The area felt safe, and the staff were friendly. The room did not have a coffee maker or body wash and shampoo, but it was not a big deal for us. It had everything else we needed.

Unacceptable stale smoke damage. Kept my suit in my car to protect it from the smoke damage. I work at a large hotel/resort in Washington State, and we use different industrial cleaners. Still, because of the severe stale smoke damage like what I experienced, we use an ozone machine to clean the air of strong odors from other guests. It works well. This property should use an ozone machine for bad, unacceptable odors like what I had in my room. The bed was untidy, not tucked in, looked like the sheets were not changed, but the sheets did look clean. I didn't trust the sheets, so I slept on top of the bed. Before leaving, I made the bed as it should be made and made sure the room was cleaner than when I found it. Will not be back.

What stay?? Concerning the bad reviews; believe them all, and as far as the cookie cutter answers/responses by the manager; goes to show how poorly administered this place is. When I arrived, the “manager” was there with another worker, they acted like I was invisible and the manager proceeded to tell me very rudely that they “walked” my reservation, no apologies not even an offer to book me somewhere else. The manager is a sorry excuse of a person, she was trash, literally trash, looked like she hadn’t showered in a month and so did the worker she had there. And again looking at the cookie cutter answers like “oh sorry” “we strive to provide good service” or “I hope your next stay is better” well, there will be no future stay! because right now I am writing this hotel off of my preferences, I will never again select this hotel for a stay. And after seeing the reviews, nope. I’m assuming they stay in business because of how cheap they are which is consistent with how the place and the people that run it look. Stay away!

The only positive thing I can say about this hotel is the staff member was friendly and helpful with checking in after hours. The hotel is in poor condition. The room was stuffy, paint was chipped, there were stains and stuff all over the walls, the desk area was pulling away from the wall, the carpet was shredded in a couple of areas, and the bathtub did not appear clean, maybe it was stained. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone due to the conditions of the room.

All individuals over 18 had to go to registration and show id's and get copies taken. This the first time the 55 years I have been staying hotels this had to be done. Does not matter how long you stay you get 1 towel per person and one roll of toilet paper. They are not replaced. Trash has to be removed from the room before checkout. No amenities were given. Won't stay again.

The hotel was not ideal. It didn’t seem very clean. I experienced bites on my back after sleeping in the bed. No housekeeping. Blood on the wall, older outdated furnishings. Drawers broken, toilet paper holder broken. A place to rest if you absolutely need a place to stay overnight but I would not choose to stay here again.
