The positive... In the area we needed to be in. The price per night. The a/c worked really good. The negative…stains on the bed sheets, long black hairs found in the bed and around the shower, extremely flat pillows and if you need in-room amenities, such as shampoo, soap, more than two towels and two wash cloths, a hair dryer or a full length mirror, won’t find them here. Not a “hotel”, more “motel”.

The manager is trying but the place is in terrible condition. We had 4 people two queen beds with a balcony. Two double beds no balcony. The room was the barest basics and I am sure it is because of theft. There was only 1 key so we had to keep hiding it on my car roof so each of us could get in. I was so embarrassed having invited my friends.

Do not book here. Property photos are not accurate, have been heavily photo shopped. Room was updated (cheaply) but smelled extremely old and musty, and like mildew. It was extremely loud, motorcycles and loud cars raced the streets all night which echoed through the downtown buildings making it extremely loud, not to mention sirens all night. I did not get more than an hours sleep and ended up having to find another hotel. There was little to no parking, bedding had holes in it, and AC did not work well, it was cool right next to the AC but the rest of the room amd bathroom was hot.

The hotel is somewhat run down and my window did not have a way to lock shut but the location was good for what I wanted to do. The main complaint I have is that they double charged me for the whole stay and are saying it is non refundable!

This hotel is not what I was expecting it looked completely different in person than it did online The air conditioning didn't work The room smelled smokey there was not even toilet paper in my bathroom.

I would not recommend this hotel, and unfortunately my experience was very disappointing from the moment I arrived. I had booked and fully paid for the hotel through Expedia, and my reservation had been confirmed by the hotel. However, when I arrived, the front desk employee told me she could not find my reservation in their system. Rather than making any real effort to contact Expedia or help resolve the issue, she was rude and dismissive. Since the hotel had rooms available and it was Labor Day weekend with no other hotels available in town, I had little choice but to stay. I ultimately had to pay the hotel directly out of pocket, despite already having paid through Expedia. Working with my credit card company now to recoup my money.  The property also looks very different from the photos online. The photos appear to be heavily photoshopped and do not accurately represent the condition of the hotel. I thought I was at the wrong address when I arrived. The room had been updated, but the work appeared to be done very cheaply. The room smelled old and musty, the bedding had holes in it, the bathroom was outdated, and the air conditioning did not work at all. Noise was another major issue. Motorcycles raced through the streets throughout the night, and it was extremely loud and made it very difficult to sleep. Overall, between the reservation/payment issue, poor customer service, non-functioning AC, and excessive nighttime noise, this was a very poor experience.
