Location, location! This beautiful, updated 2-bedroom turn-of-the-century house is located in downtown Colorado Springs with excellent access to I-25 and near abundant parks, shopping, and dining establishments. SODO restaurant row is a 2-block walk, Weidner Field Stadium is 2 blocks, the US Olympic Museum is 4 blocks, and the free shuttle is 2 blocks.

There is a fully fenced yard, hardwood floors, and ceramic tile. The fully equipped kitchen is stocked with coffee, tea, sugar, spices, and other food and cooking items. For your convenience, you will find toiletries in the bathroom, including soap, shampoo, conditioner, Q-tips, a hairdryer, etc. There are also additional linens, towels, and blankets. The backyard has a gas grill and outdoor seating for barbecues.

The immediate neighborhood is friendly and consists of other homeowners. Shugga's, a Seattle-style coffee/wine bar, is 1 block east, and then 1- 1/2 blocks further are The Coffee Exchange, Streetcar 520, Atomic Cowboy, Dos Santos, and Coati, which is a new gathering place with many restaurants and breweries all under one roof. The Warehouse Restaurant and Gallery, a long-time local favorite, is just three blocks north.
Also nearby are the Pike Peak Center (7 blocks), Colorado College, Fine Arts Center, National Firefighters Memorial, and plenty of restaurants, breweries, and retail shops.
The city has plenty of bike and scooter rental stations nearby, and easy to access our miles and miles of bike lanes!

Just minutes away are the 5-star Broadmoor Resort, Garden of the Gods, Helen Hunt Falls, Air Force Academy, Olympic Training Center, Cheyenne Mountain Zoo, Old Colorado City, Manitou Springs, and the Colorado Springs Airport.

This updated, remodeled Victorian house will give you the comfort of your own home with the convenience of being located in the center of EVERYTHING Colorado has to offer and the activities you are seeking to enjoy.

Dogs are welcome with an additional $75 pet fee per pet, and the yard is fully fenced. Sorry, although I love them, I can not accept cats as my husband is highly allergic.

Lori has been a great host. She is very responsive to all my questions and thoughtful…made sure to let us know where to park our car in case the weather called for hail.We loved the house! Very comfortable and cozy. Clean and well-kept…a great place to come back to after a long day. The location is fantastic. Walkable to many restaurants and close to many attractions. We will definitely stay here again if we are in the area.

Older home nicely refurbished. Convenient location to downtown. Great host. Comfortably fits 2 adults and two others in twin beds.(we only had 3) One bathroom, furnished kitchen, and nice outdoor seating area. Area is developing.

Great House and Location

Close to everything

The host Lori is really nice and pleasure to communicate with. The check in and out was fast and easy. The house is close to all the attractions that Colorado Springs offers. It has a fenced in yard ( that was really important for us as the dog’s parents). Thank Lori, we enjoyed our stay.

Adorable and Perfect Location

What a great rental! We loved the location - walkable downtown vibe with quirky shops and safe atmosphere. Lori was very communicative and friendly. The kitchen was surprisingly well stocked! The master bed was extremely comfortable and everything was very clean. Plenty of room for everyone, plus a beautiful tiny backyard with an outdoor table for enjoying breakfast and the cool summer mornings. Would absolutely stay again!

Sweetest little rental in COS!

Lori was a dream to communicate with! She went well above and beyond in her efforts to communicate with and assist me during some questionable weather before, during and after my stay. The home is ADORABLE and much more spacious than the photos represent even! Walking distance to some fantastic little restaurants and just a short drive from the local airport. I will absolutely be staying here during any future COS trips! Highly recommend!

Cozy and Convenient

We chose this property because of its good reviews (all well-deserved!) and its proximity to the shops and restaurants in old Colorado Springs downtown. The location was perfect and we were able to walk everywhere. Manitou Springs and Old Colorado City were only a 10-15 minute drive down the road. The house itself was a cozy home-away-from-home, with a well-stocked kitchen. Our host, Lori, was a great resource when it came to suggestions for hiking trails and things to see. We highly recommend this property!

The property was clean, and well taken care of. They had everything we needed to cook, clean, and make ourselves at home, even with our 4 legged family member. The host was very helpful and even went out of her way to make sure we had everything we needed! The location was perfect for proximity to USAFA and Red Rock, which were our biggest draws for the weekend. Highly recommend.

This property was exactly what I was looking for during my current stay. The main reason for my trip was a concert at Weidner Stadium, which is just a 5-10 minute walk from the home. There are also food places and coffee shops within walkable distance. It's super easy to get onto the highway and get where you need to go if you rented a car, as well. The property has all the amenities someone would need during their stay, and is very cozy, cute, and comfortable. Lori, the host, is very communicative and responsive, which helps make the stay easier.

Clean and Fantastic Location

What a gem. If you are coming to Colorado Springs and want to hit all the tourist attractions its a short drive to most of them. Tons of restaurants within walking distance. The place was clean and well stocked with everything needed. The host was extremely responsive to and easy to work with. Many listing's post their mountain views, while this one doesn't list it, you can see the mountains from the screened in front porch. Close to the stsdium where the Switchbacks play so we also got to see fireworks a couple of times. We had an amazing stay and would definitely return!

This place was supplied with everything we needed and was in a perfect location for all the things we wanted to do ! The place was exceptionally clean and decorated so amazing. Everything was in working order and Our Host was the best. I would definitely stay here again.
