Clean home close to everything downtown! The bed was incredibly comfortable and we slept better than we ever have on a vacation. The home had everything we needed and the host was amazing. We plan to stay here again when we return to visit our son.

We were very pleased with the rental. Everything was as advertised. The area is quiet but close to a number of restaurants. The house had everything we needed with the kitchen stocked with the kind of sundries one forgets to buy.

Super cute, well maintained cottage with every possible stocked item you could ask for. Enjoyed my cup of coffee each morning on the porch with a beautiful mountain view. The downtown area is very close and has a nice park and all sorts of restaurants/ice cream shops/ entertainment. This was by far the cleanest and well stocked VRBO I have ever stayed in. Lori has definitely thought of everything to make for a comfortable, relaxing stay. This was our first time in Colorado Springs. We will definitely be back! Thank you so much!

Colorado Springs cottage

This place was supplied with everything we needed and was in a perfect location for all the things we wanted to do ! The place was exceptionally clean and decorated so amazing. Everything was in working order and Our Host was the best. I would definitely stay here again.

Great House and Location

The house and location were perfect for our short family vacation. The house was clean, checking in and out couldn't be easier and the location was convenient to everything we needed. We will definitely book again the next time we visit.

Wonderful Stay

Beautiful home, right near downtown with many activities to do! Lori was extremely helpful and considerate of our stay! Garden of the Gods is just about a ten minute drive away and pikes peak was just over an hour away for the nature lovers! Amazing stay!

Older home nicely refurbished. Convenient location to downtown. Great host. Comfortably fits 2 adults and two others in twin beds.(we only had 3) One bathroom, furnished kitchen, and nice outdoor seating area. Area is developing.

Lori has been a great host. She is very responsive to all my questions and thoughtful…made sure to let us know where to park our car in case the weather called for hail.We loved the house! Very comfortable and cozy. Clean and well-kept…a great place to come back to after a long day. The location is fantastic. Walkable to many restaurants and close to many attractions. We will definitely stay here again if we are in the area.

Close to everything

The host Lori is really nice and pleasure to communicate with. The check in and out was fast and easy. The house is close to all the attractions that Colorado Springs offers. It has a fenced in yard ( that was really important for us as the dog’s parents). Thank Lori, we enjoyed our stay.

Adorable and Perfect Location

What a great rental! We loved the location - walkable downtown vibe with quirky shops and safe atmosphere. Lori was very communicative and friendly. The kitchen was surprisingly well stocked! The master bed was extremely comfortable and everything was very clean. Plenty of room for everyone, plus a beautiful tiny backyard with an outdoor table for enjoying breakfast and the cool summer mornings. Would absolutely stay again!

Exceeded expectations!

My sister and I visited Colorado Springs to attend for the first time the annual Fire Fighters Memorial. Turned out location for before and after activities were all walking distance! Big plus! House felt like home. It made for a very nice visit. Thank you!

Everything was great, Clean, quiet and plenty of room for my wife and I. Plenty of restaurants within walking distance. And good ones too. Check in process couldn’t have been simpler. Bottom Line if/when we return to Colorado Springs we will book this house again.

Sweetest little rental in COS!

Lori was a dream to communicate with! She went well above and beyond in her efforts to communicate with and assist me during some questionable weather before, during and after my stay. The home is ADORABLE and much more spacious than the photos represent even! Walking distance to some fantastic little restaurants and just a short drive from the local airport. I will absolutely be staying here during any future COS trips! Highly recommend!
