Great Family Stay
Everything was great about the property. The only complaint was the trash was not recently taken out and was starting to smell in the garage. The bonus space on the third floor was amazing. Lots of space to spread out. Would recommend. Would LOVE to live in this house!

This is a great home for a family get away. Close enough to enjoy all the Springs and surrounding area have to offer but also a quiet and relaxing. This home met all our family needs during our Spring Break Vacation.

Loved this home!
We had a great experience here! The house had a great set up, it was very cozy, and in a great location! The host was amazing and was very accommodating, quick to respond, and made the check in, stay and the check out as easy as possible! We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this house and host to anyone!

Perfect house to spend Thanksgiving with our Army son ! We traveled a lot the last year to visit our son and usually rent a house during the visit! This home by far is the best ! We are returning in June and will try to rent it again !! Thanks so much !!

Great 🏠
We have five in my family and we use a home. We are not those people who are only really there to put a head on a pillow. This home was awesome and met all our needs. We were able to cook, but when we wanted to get take it, the main drag in Fountain is only 3-4 min away. Beds were extremely comfortable! Spacious bathrooms and the family area upstairs and down are awesome. Great views and just relaxing area. Nathan was attentive and even gave us recommendations on places to eat. Would highly recommend and would stay again.

I never got the experience.
We arrived in Denver at 8PM on the day of check in. After a busy day of travel, I realized I was not given the checkin instructions, so I texted the host only to be told ,sorry this home had been double booked and it was no longer available. I booked this place 6 months in advance knowing that availability in this area during high season was tough. Not only that, but I was in contact with the Host at least twice the week of our trip sorting out miner issues. We had to scramble to find a place to stay for the week which meant finding accommodation for 6. They never even offered us another listing, only that they would accommodate us if we could find another home. It upset our plans like crazy as we were there for a family reunion. What really gets me, is if I canceled on them, I was out my money. They lost nothing. Beware of this place.

Beautiful house
This place was amazing the house was very clean provide pots to cook, they left a few dishwasher detergent pods also to do laundry. This place was big and comfortable 3 floors our favorite was the game room. The neighborhood was nice and quiet no back neighbors the only thing was that it was not gated and we had 2 dogs to take out to use the restroom other than that it was a great vacation.
