This place is a gem, with very welcoming vibes, and extremely clear and easy instructions and check-in/out procedures. I found its location to be very convenient for walking to downtown, but it’s just far enough away from the bars and clubs to make for a peaceful and quiet stay.

Boulder Stay

Great location, two blocks from Tejon street so we could walk to Sunday brunch. Kitchen was well outfitted and the porch had two nice cushioned rockers where I sat with my coffee n the morning. We will book again. Great for our small dog with an outdoor pet area and she could wander in the fenced in porch area.

Quaint place near downtown

My friend and I stayed here for the weekend and really enjoyed it. The checkin process was super easy and the place was very clean. This property was in a very walkable location and close to downtown. Would definitely stay here again or recommend it to my friends and family.

Cute apartment, great location!

We very much enjoyed our stay. This little apartment is cute and well furnished. The location was perfect, we were able to easily walk to downtown and getting out to the places we wanted to see wasn’t a whole journey in itself, which is always a bonus. The host was quick to answer a couple of questions we had right after booking, and his contact information was available in the apartment in the event we had any issues.

Awesome Place!!!!

Felt comfortable and very homey. Kitchen was well equipped and the entire place so clean. Bed was comfortable and we really enjoyed our stay. The next time we are near Colorado Springs we are staying here. :)

Lovely house close to everything

My friend and I stopped here on a road trip to Utah and it was an incredibly stocked place that had everything you need in the home and great attractions and restaurants nearby!

Walk to everywhere

This was a great place to stay while exploring downtown Colorado Springs. There are wonderful restaurants, breweries, museums and shops to visit within a short walking distance. The place was comfortable and well appointed. We enjoyed our stay a lot!

Great place to stay

Recommend a spot for anyone going to Colorado Springs. Is Luis couple blocks from downtown? The place is cozy. The bed was a little hard for me and my wife for our taste but still comfortable. We will stay here again. The next time we come through :-)

This place is great. It is easy to find and only two blocks from dining establishments. Its quiet and has everything you need in the house. The TV only has access to ROKU channels so no local channels. Overall a great place to stay near downtown. We would stay here again.

Fantastic accommodations!

Property was clean, unique, and located within minutes of restaurants, shopping, or sightseeing. Easy access in and out and the convenience of check in was so nice. Chris was so responsive and we enjoyed being in such a safe and comfortable apartment. Everything you need at home was available to us. Just a great experience and a welcome respite at the end of a long day in Colorado Springs.

Perfect place to stay

The apartment was stock with everything you would need. Enjoyed setting outside to enjoy the beautiful Colorado weather. Also, close to eating establishments & within a few miles of a park with pickle ball courts. We felt safe in the neighborhood. If in this area again would definitely stay here!!

Wonderful Time in COS

The apartment was exactly as described. Loved the kitchen - everything needed to cook meals was there including an air fryer, rice cooker, spices, cookware & bakeware, microwave & oven. Very thoughtful touches throughout the apartment including games, books, candy, electric teakettle and Keurig. Cozy atmosphere. Bed was very comfortable. Loved the location - easy walking distance to downtown.
