- Beautiful Victorian era apartment. In the heart of downtown Colorado springs. 2 blocks from Tejon st and walking distance to local shops, restaurants, bars , trails, parks, city bus. You will have your own private apartment nestled in this 1889 Victorian home property with a gated entrance and large community patio area for dining or relaxing and enjoying colorful Colorado.
The space
1889 Victorian era apartment with gated entrance and street parking. Boasting bright south facing windows, cozy living room with Futon sleeper and master bedroom with Queen bed, full size kitchen, laundry, full bathroom with shower and tub. Pet friendly property with a great community patio for bbq and relaxing. Urban location with lots of activity.
VERY EASY ACCESS FROM AND TO I-25 CORRIDOR
Lyft, uber, zip ride, scooter rental, pike ride bike rental, walking, running, skipping. Street parking at unit available and bus route within a 300 yard walk

This place is a gem, with very welcoming vibes, and extremely clear and easy instructions and check-in/out procedures. I found its location to be very convenient for walking to downtown, but it’s just far enough away from the bars and clubs to make for a peaceful and quiet stay.

My boyfriend and I loved staying here. The space was very cozy and comfortable, and the apartment had good security and felt quite safe to us. Check in and check out were a breeze. The location is close to lots of good stuff. We especially enjoyed sitting on the porch! We would happily stay here again in the future.

Walk to everywhere
This was a great place to stay while exploring downtown Colorado Springs. There are wonderful restaurants, breweries, museums and shops to visit within a short walking distance. The place was comfortable and well appointed. We enjoyed our stay a lot!
