The Space:
Welcome to a sleek and modern townhouse in the heart of Colorado Springs, where luxury meets comfort across three levels of state-of-the-art amenities. Perched on a hillside, this architectural gem offers sweeping mountain and city views, making it the perfect retreat for families, friends, and even your furry companions. The home features multiple gathering spaces, balcony lounging areas, and a dedicated workspace, all designed to ensure a relaxing and enjoyable stay.

Enter the bright and spacious living room on the second level, where natural light floods through large windows and sliding doors. The open-concept space seamlessly connects to a dining area and a chic, fully-equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances, polished oak cabinetry, and a functional bar for extra seating. The main level also includes a half-bathroom and a laundry room for your convenience.

We cannot guarantee an early check-in before 4pm as we need time to make sure this property is perfect for you before your stay! Please message us on the day of your arrival to see if the property is ready no earlier than 2pm.

Check-in Process: All guests will need to complete our secure, online ID Verification process to receive the door code and check-in instructions. Similar to hotels requiring photo ID upon check-in, we ask that guests provide a copy of their Government Issued ID, matching selfie and credit card to verify identity. This is used to prevent fraudulent reservations, identity verification and for the safety of all guests and homes. We take data security very seriously. All information entered into this form is encrypted and transmitted securely over SSL. By completing the reservation you agree to the following:
1. I agree to be bound by our rental terms and conditions.
2. I acknowledge that I will be required to provide a copy of a valid government issued ID and matching credit card through our online portal prior to check in.

The Neighborhood:
Stay in the heart of a great neighborhood near historic Old Colorado City, discovering all the amazing restaurants and shops they have to offer. The street where the townhome is located is quiet and residential, while still being in close proximity to the lively Downtown. During June through October, visit the Old Colorado City Farmer’s Market every Saturday where over 20 vendors set up booths and sell goods. After you’re finished shopping at the Farmer’s Market, continue walking down the streets to grab a tasty meal at a local bistro, shop the boutiques, or browse the local art galleries.

You’ll be a short drive from multiple parks and recreational areas, including Bristol Park and America the Beautiful Park. There are a number of nearby food options for a sit-down meal like New American cuisine from 503W or order delivery and eat at home from Mactory Mac N Cheese. With Downtown being just 6 minutes away, you’ll never run out of exciting things to do and see! Catch a show at the Pikes Peak music venue, try a delicious cocktail at Bar-K, or check out some vintage hot rods at the Rocky Mountain Motorcycle Museum.

Pike’s Peak -- also known as “America’s Mountain” -- reaching over 14,000 feet into the clouds (14 minutes).

Getting Around:
Although there are plenty of restaurants, bars, cafés, shops, breweries and outdoor recreational opportunities close to this property (within walking distance), we recommend that you have a car or use Uber or Lyft when traveling in the Pikes Peak Region.

House Rules Required

We require a refundable hold on your card for damages (released after checkout) OR you can opt out with a small fee by purchasing a damage waiver to stay insured throughout your stay.

AGE REQUIREMENT: The main guest must be at least 21 years old. We cannot accommodate guests who do not meet this age requirement unless prior approval has been granted our team before check-in.

Quiet Hours begin at 10:00pm per city ordinance. Please be courteous of the neighbors during your stay.


Dog Policy:

-This house is dog friendly, Please be respectful of those who will stay after you by cleaning up all pet waste and disposing of it in the large trash bins. Thank you in advance!
* Dogs are welcome for an additional fee ($75 per dog/week). 3 dogs max. All dogs must be approved before check in. No other animals are permitted unless they are service animals. There are no charges for service animals.

Type of Cooling for the Home

Central AC units are best kept at 68 degrees or above. Due to the lack of humidity in the area if the thermostat is lowered below 68 degrees it is possible that it can freeze the unit if it is working too hard. Unfortunately, it will take 24 hours for the unit to defrost before an HVAC specialist can service it. Our evenings are generally cool in the summertime, simply opening the windows will provide extra natural coolness.

-Please keep all trash secure in the bins. Do not leave any trash out overnight for your safety and the surrounding active wildlife in the city's area.
-We do not have onsite maintenance or cleaning unlike hotels but all requests will be taken care of ASAP.
