There was only one person there for staff. The lady was extremely nice and professional so my scores are no way directed at her services however, the heater in the room did not work, there were two bugs in the room that I had to kill, the tub was dirty, no trashcans were anywhere in sight except for the lobby. I knew it wasn’t a place I’d typically stay, but I needed it for the convenience. This is a reminder that you get what you pay for. The best part is that it was super close to where I wanted to visit so that was a huge plus for me.

wifi was bad and TV had roku but had to use your personal accounts. But WIFI was too weak to watch anything.

Pictures of property and rooms were very inaccurate. Not enough parking, no elevator, no breakfast, no ironing board or iron, our room no place to hang clothes, no towel racks for towels we were using, very limited towels, no ice machine. It was very inconvenient. We asked for a room on first floor was told no because all rooms were already assigned. My husband has COPD and our room was on the 3rd floor. It does look like they are remodeling some, but staying there was inconvenient with very limited amenities. Just tv, fridge and microwave.

Definitely not what the website shows little on the pictures the bed you had to sleep upside down because if you slept the correct way, you were completely uncomfortable no vending machines no ice no nothing for the price wasn’t even worth it. They gave you a Roku for the room wasn’t accessible did not work.

The hotel has limited parking, didn’t look that clean, and we weren’t able to get into the building after hours even though we made the proper accommodation with the staff. The key they provided me didn’t work and I wasn’t able to get into my room. I called the emergency after hour number they provided and no one answered. I ended up having to go to a different hotel and book a room with someone else after paying for this one. Very disappointed and will never go back or recommend to anyone. Do not book this if you plan on arriving after hours.

Someone was hollering and carrying on in the middle of night at someone, someine else crying..., this was supposed to be a healing trip for me, after surviving abusive husband. There was no one present to ask for help and i didn't know if i should call the police or what. I got NO sleep and it was MISERABLE. I LOST secind nights cost because i was so traumatized i had to leave

We liked the location, price, staff...we wished we would have had a coffee pot in our room and at least an ice maker in the lobby for guests..otherwise it was a great stay!

There was plenty of parking for the hotel. The staff was pleasant and helpful. The room was very clean. Some of the wall sockets did not work. Also the hotel does not provide Kleenex in the room. The only problem was from Expedia who we made our reservation with. Expedia charged us $35.00 dollars more for the room with there fees while the bill from the hotel was only $104.00. We would not use Expedia anymore.

Currently under renovation but very nice. No breakfast at this point but price reflected that. Great food nearby. Great view of mountains. Friendly staff. No elevator. Close to Pike's Peak and Manitou Springs Cliff Dwelling.

What I liked about the stay is how clean it is and spacious too. However, while booking, they didn't mention the Deposit, other than that, the stay was amazing.

This is a bare bones” experience. Marginally clean. I requested an extra pillow, and they could not provide one. My friend’s room had only a bed - no table or chair as mine did. The window was so dirty that a previous occupant had written their name in the grime. The staff was nice, but I would not recommend this place.
