The views were amazing and the location was great. The only thing we can say is that some of the kitchen appliances were a little dirty besides that everything was OK.

Dirty, took a sock, & still haven't shipped it after 2 wks w/ me checking in multiple times. A mess

Wasn't cleaned--looked like they made beds, put out towels & that's it. There was a dirty towel, hair in drain, trash/crumbs throughout, crumbs/spills on couch, sticky/crumbs on countertops, used napkin in freezer, caked-on oil on stove, grime on fridge/microwave/sink, used roasting stick/food residue on fire pit, caked-on dust in bathroom (so they haven't been truly cleaning for a while), more. A shame bc the house is cute, well stocked, & a great view, but it looks more run down that the pics. When she came to fix it, she didn't even clean everything on the list. She blamed it on messy guests, which doesn't mean you don't clean it, or if you ran out of time, you'd still be aware more cleaning is needed. She took a sock, and instead of asking if it was ours, locked it in a closet. The company didn't know how to open & cleaners gave a code f/ a key lock; then tried to charge to ship it, still haven't shipped 2 weeks later. Managed by a company, not a person, which I don't recommend.
