The main floor features original wood floors throughout. Natural sunlight pours through the large window in the living room and dining area. In the well-appointed kitchen, you will find everything you need to make a home cooked meal, including small appliances, cookware and a variety of spices. The king bedroom, queen bedroom, and full size bath complete the first floor.
Make your way downstairs to a find a cozy family room perfect for a movie night-in. Larger groups will be pleased to find that the sofa easily converts to an additional queen-sized bed! The large laundry room is complete with an iron, garment steamer and folding table. You will find two additional bedrooms downstairs, one with a queen bed and the other with two single beds. All of our beds have supportive memory foam mattresses, so you can get a restful night`s sleep! A second full bathroom completes the basement.
In addition to the outstanding views of Pikes Peak, you will also likely get a glimpse of Colorado wildlife while enjoying the spacious yard. Majestic wild deer and adorable rabbits make frequent visits to the space. There is a private driveway where you will have plenty of room to park two vehicles as well.
Guests have access to the entire property and the driveway located on the left side of the house.
We strive to give our guests as much privacy as possible during their stay. Occasionally you may see our gardener or someone stopping by to move the trash cans for pickup.
