The rooms were fine if you’re looking for somewhere cheap and clean. There were only 2 pillows for the bed and when asked for more, the staff couldn’t go to the 4th floor and get me 1 or 2 more (despite there being 2 people at the front desk). Additionally, the AC didn’t really cool down the room and the beds were pretty cheap. BUT overall disappointed in the night office woman who was too busy to get me another pillow

We checked in and got to our room. Despite the facility being non-smoking, the room smelled like several chain smokers had stayed and smoked in the room for an extended period. We requested a refund and the clerk claimed to process it, but we are yet to see it. The clientele was also extremely sketchy.

Front desk was unable to help when we asked for extra pillows, stating he was too busy to get up and get them. There was a man sitting in the lobby with two large wooden sticks talking to himself about going to prison and taking some people to court. We did not feel safe here with our young children. The front desk closes and doesn’t open until 9 am, which makes it difficult to get help if you need something. Our room was clean and fairly comfortable, but we will choose another hotel next time.

Tried to check in at 7pm and my room was not ready yet (check in time was 3 pm). Interesting mix of people staying/living there. Room was clean and big. Good food choices that are walkable from hotel.

Unique - they do not have front desk staff but a couple hours a day. No one overnight, only 9-10 AM and no one at check in time as he was gone 30 minutes, then didn't speak when spoken to and unfriendly then 20minutes later he was gone again. No breakfast or ice or even a pastry or fruit literally nothing. Couldn't get towels, bed was a cot
