「Everything inside the hotel was perfect. Staff was very polite. Rooms are big. The view from balconies is spectacular. Place is located near pharmacies, souvenir stores , coffee shops and many clubs . Noise can’t be heard from inside rooms , however if you want to eat at any restaurant near the hotel the music is laud. 「I loved Factory Lofts. Very clean. The staff were just friendly and helpful. They spoke Spanish as well as English. The location is perfect for walking to Restaurants and Dancing. 「My few days stay was very relaxing. Good and very friendly service. From the Hotel to Premium shopping mall is just 3 minutes walk and San Diego shopping mall 9 minutes walking distance. Transportation is no problem at all. I would definitly go back to that hotel for my next Medellin trip.」

「I was robbed by a group of men while unknowingly traveling in the bad area of medellin. The owner and his staff helped my contact my family and associates as well as make safe travel accomedations back home. The service here is life saving quality. 11/10」

「El lugar estaba bien adecuado. Un poco alejado de los sitios a visitar, pero con Uber se llegaba sin problema alguno y no costoso. Desayuno práctico y muy bueno e Isabella (recepción) con una atención muy buena. 「I know it is hard to stay somewhere without a lot of reviews. But this is a newer place to stay so not a lot of reviews. I am glad we took a chance and stayed here, it is close to the party zone but quiet. About a nice 15-20 minute walk to where all the restaurants are.
