“The amenities in the listing were not provided. There were no towels, dishes, grill, matches for fire. No check in or out instructions, propane wasn't turned on, so no stove use. Hot water heater did not work, window leaked rain, terrible smell from the Black water tank, and not very clean. ... Including old dog poop on our front porch steps.
