The inviting living room centers around a warm gas fireplace, perfect for cozy evenings and creating a welcoming atmosphere. The fully equipped kitchen caters to both casual and gourmet cooks alike, featuring ample counter space, a dining area for 6, and additional bar stool seating at the counter.
The master suite invites you to unwind in with a wonderful seating area with large windows, king-sized bed & smart TV for streaming your favorite shows. The ensuite bathroom offers a touch of indulgence with a walk-in shower & dual sink vanity.
You'll find the two additional bedrooms down the hall, the front bedroom with a full size bed, and the second featuring a queen bed.
The second full bathroom offers a convenient shower-tub combo, ensuring options for every guest's preference. A dedicated laundry room provides practicality and convenience during your stay. The home does not have forced A/C, but the master has a mini split wall unit that has an A/C option to keep the room cool. Keeping the blinds drawn on sunny days, and fans on to circulate the cool air throughout the home provides comfortable air flow to keep at a desirable temperature.
