“I don’t think that I could write enough information with all the things that happened to satisfy how horrible it was.A booked this unit and followed their exact check-in instructions. Instead of entering the correct unit, I unknowingly walked into a permanent residence home. It was filthy and clearly not intended for gas – but worse I was trespassing. They gave me a key combination that was supposed to be for my room and I entered someone else’s room. I was trespassing if the occupant had……

“The apartment was exactly as described. It was very clean and nice. The location is excellent, very close to the metro and in a safe neighborhood with lots of great restaurants. The host was easy to communicate with and came immediately to resolve a minor issue we had. We were very happy with apartment and would stay again and recommend it highly to others.”

“Pros: Check in & check out was easy. The apartment is right on a bus route to the National Mall/Smithsonian Museums, a 15 minute walk to the metro, 10 minute walk to a supermarket, and it's practically nextdoor to a restaurant. The location felt safe. The price was good. The kitchen came equipped with essentials. The on-site laundry wasn't overpriced (pro tip: bring quarters for laundry, it's coin-op.) The host provided linens, towels, and toiletries (and the towels were super soft & fluffy!)……
