The home features 3 bedrooms, each with a queen-sized bed, two full baths, a fenced-in backyard with a privacy fence and long driveway to park multiple cars, and a full-sized washer and dryer. Well-appointed kitchen to cook all your meals! Come enjoy this CLEAN, comfortable home!

Easy smart system entry, 2 smart TVs with streaming service, and fast fiber Wi FI. Great location to work remotely/stay connected if need be! Board games in the bedroom closet to enjoy!

Great Stay!
We stayed 2 nights while in town for the state track meet. It was perfect for our needs and only cost $22 more than what a hotel would have cost for 2 queen beds. There were 5 of us and the space was perfect for our group. The house was spotless! We appreciated the snacks and water bottles. We took restaurant suggestions from the binder both nights and they were great! We ate at Las Margaritas and Walk On Bistreaux. We would definitely stay here again!

Very clean and quiet property
We were there for our granddaughters high school graduation. Check in was so easy. The house was clean and had the most comfortable bed I've ever slept on in a rental. We had no issues whatsoever The neighborhood was nice and quiet. I would recommend this property.

Had snacks on arrival and was clean and neat. Everything was as listed. There was a blow dryer that I wish was listed so we didn’t bring ours. Instructions for checkin and checkout were easily followed.

Excellent for Campus Visit
We took our teenagers to tour Mizzou and the house was perfect for our weekend visit. It was just as advertised. The coffee and treats were an added special touch and the kids enjoyed the board games. Definitely would stay again once we have Tigers!
