The host was very responsive and proactively reached out during our stay. The house was clean-ish. There was still hair on the bathroom floor and in the couch cushions. We were never able to find the remote that controlled the volume on the TV, but they did have a Roku. The house was comfortable overall but the sheets could stand an upgrade to a higher thread count.

So this place needs ALOT of TLC. I think VRBO should vet their listings and I may leave VRBO over this one. Other businesses are competing for vacation rentals. The place is basic, carpet disgusting! Kitchen rug looks like it came out of the garbage can. Bathrooms were clean and bed linens were clean. Shower rod was broken. I think dorm rooms are nicer than this was. You have work to do before renting this again. Put some care into it and I think people will be fine with it.
