“Our stay was an absolute nightmare and a complete bait-and-switch. The property looks nothing like the Expedia pictures; instead of an apartment building, it turned out to be unmarked townhouses in a private neighborhood. The listed address sent us to a completely different location, and once we finally stumbled upon the right area, none of the units actually had address numbers on them.
Worse yet, no one was expecting us upon arrival. After calling customer service to figure out how to check……
