Parking is a breeze with our private garage space, suitable for a midsize sedan or SUV. Additional parking is available directly behind the garage, and the wide street provides ample free street parking, so finding a spot is typically hassle-free.

Step inside our restored home, where modern living meets old-world charm. The cozy ambiance is enhanced by thoughtful touches, from the trim to the lighting, preserving the home's original character. The backyard is transformed into a true oasis, perfect for relaxation.

The main level features a gourmet kitchen with a spacious peninsula countertop and bar seating. Whether you're whipping up a quick meal or indulging in culinary adventures, the well-appointed kitchen provides all the conveniences you need. The open-concept design seamlessly connects the kitchen to the generous dining room and living space, complete with a large flat-screen TV featuring streaming cable for your entertainment.

Off the kitchen, you'll find a convenient back entryway with a delightful mudroom, equipped with a bench and plenty of hooks for storing belongings. A half bath on this level ensures convenience without the need to go upstairs.

As you ascend the grand staircase, you'll discover two spacious bedrooms with comfortable queen beds. The primary bedroom features walk-in closets, offering ample space for longer stays. The bathroom will transport you to a spa-like experience, with its original clawfoot tub for a relaxing soak and an open-air shower adorned with natural light.

Additional amenities on the upper level include a washer/dryer all-in-one unit for easy laundry care. For larger loads or bulkier items, a full-size washer and dryer are available in the basement.

For those who need to work during their stay, we provide a dedicated office space furnished with a convertible stand-up desk, chair, and basic office supplies.

Stepping into the backyard, you'll discover a lovely, spacious fenced yard adorned with beautiful flowers. The brick patio, complete with a pergola, outdoor dining area, and fire pit, is perfect for enjoying outdoor relaxation. Your furry friends will love the pet-friendly environment as well.

As passionate animal lovers, we welcome pets with a daily fee. Please indicate if you'll be bringing any pets along. To ensure a comfortable stay for all guests, we kindly request that all pets be treated for fleas, ticks, and heartworm.

My wife, Cassie, and I personally rehabbed this home and lived here full time for several years. Although we have now moved to Athens, we couldn't bear to part with the place we poured so much love into and the city we still adore.

Our primary business revolves around vacation rental cabins in Hocking Hills, making our decision to share this home with guests in Columbus a natural one.

Please note: The number of towels provided is based on the stated guest count. The housekeepers also base how many bedding sets to bring and the time needed to get the place cleaned and turned over after your stay. If the guest or pet count is misstated, it may result in additional cleaning fees to be charged.

Kindly ensure you take all your belongings with you upon departure, as we are not responsible for items left behind. Should you require items to be mailed back, a fee of $100 plus shipping costs applies.

We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to safeguard against the possibility of having to cancel after the cancellation window closes. Our cancellation policy remains in effect as stated.
