Birthday Celebration at Ohio State

Had a couple of hiccups at checkin and I contacted the host directly. Their representative, Shantelle, responded quickly and handled everything with kindness and patience!! Thank you for helping solve the issues and ensuring we enjoyed our celebration weekend!!

Poor Maintenance

The dishwasher was filled with dirty dishes and smelled when we got there. The dishwasher stops mid cycle, so it doesn't drain at all. I had to manually move the dial past that point to finish the cycle. Ran it twice that way, dishes never did get clean. So, there are rinsed dishes in the sink. Maintainance never did show up, so we had to put our hand in the toilet tank to flush. No very sanitary and quite inconvenient. The outlet in living room is hanging out of the wall. Not very safe at all. We enjoyed our time in Columbus, but was a just bit disappointed with the lodging.
