"Arrived into town 2 hours before checkin. Did not expect our room to be ready but thought we'd just give it a try. Lady at the Front desk was very understanding and while our room was not quite ready, she upgraded us to the suite and gave us a call as soon as it was available, which ended up being before the advertised check in. Very accommodating and friendly, would recommend. "

"This property cancelled our reservation on the morning of our trip and did not contact expedia to notify us in a timely manner. This property informed us twice to contact the third party expedia for the reason why our reservation was cancelled and expedia was unaware this had happened. In truth, through no fault of expedia or the property frozen pipe had damaged the rooms we were to be placed in. The bad thing was employees did not let expedia know nor us in a timely manner. "My son thats is in the military left a letter in his room after checking out, from his grandmother who was not able to attend. Wyatt was very helpful and even agreed to go back to the room and check since it hadn't been cleaned yet. We found the letter' and im very grateful for his help thanks Wyatt."
