I made a reservation for my brother and 3 little kids for two nights. They drove 12 hours to see his other son graduate from the army. He arrived after midnight. The representative there at the time refused him service and sent them away with no where to stay. The owner is refusing to refund the money. Stay away from this place!

Pros-parking was good and location was good for graduation at Fort Benning. Was able to add another room same day. Cons- second room had animal scratches on bathroom and front door. Room was dusty and smelled moldy. Breakfast was not available for the 3 days. Internet/direct TV did not work.

Everything was great except the bathroom set up was a little weird. There was no counter to put things on. The free breakfast left a lot to be desired too. But there was a kitchenette, and laundry services available a full-size fridge. So really man for the price it was great

NO HOT WATER!! No assist or even an apology! We were there for my son graduating boot camp and could not even show up without showering! Completely unacceptable. Dirty stove top was so dirty it looked dangerous! Fridge full of water and slime! Towels smelled like mold and no grills like in the picture. Breakfast was horrible!

Property management can improve a lot. Water doesn’t drain in the tub well. Hot water never comes for showering either morning or night. No breakfast one day completely and other day it was gone very soon by 8 am it seems and only third day they have some left at 8.15 am. Coffee was never there. Flush wasn’t working. No shampoo, conditioner or cream in the room.

This place is not worth the money. Very bad smell in the room. Water leaking in the floor near the bathroom. No towels, no shampoo. Breakfast was not good, barely nothing to eat, even no coffee. Don’t recommend this place.

After all everything was good, except that I have to extend my check out and they don't do that anymore, so I had to pay for and extra day instead of 4 more hours 🙁. Additional to that, no complaints from us.

We stayed here for two night for my son graduation. I booked through Expedia on July 19 and paid a total of 217.97. Once I arrived at the hotel they asked for my card again and charged me another 217.97. Now I’m trying to contact the property to get reimbursed with no luck.

The hot water system was broken. We took coach showers. The sink was stopped up in our bathroom. A bug was behind the lampshade in our room. The room was not as clean as it should be i.e. big roach bug behind night stand. My family and I were very sad and by the whole thing it kind of ruined the end of our vacation and Expedia will not give us our money back. That's a really sad part about it.
