Lights in the room didn't work. TV turned on but didn't work, no channels. Outlets were coming out of the wall. Ice machine didn't work. Gave us 1 towel 1 wash cloth and 1 hand towel for 3 people. Asked for extra but was told I had to wait until 11 in the morning. Lesson learned...

I made a reservation through Hotels.com and when I arrived, he told me there were no more rooms and that Hotels.com would give no money back. He was very rude and he acted as if he didn’t care because he was texting on his phone while checking in other customers while telling me there were no more rooms.
