This apartment is located in a fast-growing area of downtown with lots of exciting shops and restaurants opening all the time. It's peacefully tucked in a quieter area away from the bar scenes of The Short North while still being only 5-10 minutes drive away.
Our place is nestled along the river and perfectly located for anyone who enjoys going on walks or bike rides with the beautiful Scioto Mile trail running right behind the community.
You'll love being just a few steps away from Ray Ray's BBQ, Brewdog, One Line Coffee, Strongwater, Yellow Brick gourmet pizza, and many other favorites.
It's easy to get anywhere downtown...by car, bicycle, scooter, Uber/Lyft, walking, bus, etc.
You'll have the whole apartment to yourself during your stay. After you reserve this apartment, we will provide you with the code for the secure building, as well as your keypad code for our apartment door (we change this code for every guest).

It's easy to get anywhere in the city from here. There's a bike/walking trail onsite that goes through downtown, plus a scooter drop-off right outside our building! We have 24/7 availability of Uber/Lyft etc. Many attractions are within walking distance. Driving is easy and stress-free as well since parking is nearly always available on the side streets surrounding our building and there's a brand new parking garage right behind our building (you get a free garage parking pass for 1 car).
We are happy to welcome up to 2 cats or dogs with prior approval and a $10/night pet fee (already in price - let us know if no pets will be joining you and we'll remove it!). No commonly restricted breeds please, and total combined pet weight must = <75 lbs. A recent copy of vet records will be required for dogs.
Note: ID verification will be required before your arrival. After you book, we'll send you a link, and you simply upload a photo of your ID and take a selfie. Our software runs a quick background check, then sends you your check-in details. It's easy and only takes ~2 minutes. Any questions, just let us know!
