「We arrived at the property after they sent the code to the unit via a virtual chat. The code worked and the light turned green but it would not unlock the door. Three different people tried to help us and were calling people from the property. No help, we got a phone # from Expedia chat and got voicemail that said they seldom check messages and to text them, we did and waited . We were in the ghetto parking lot for 2 hours. 「Great place to stay for a quick night's sleep if passing through just be aware the property is next to a highway so u will hear some traffic here and there but overall great clean space and staff were great as well」

「The hotel met our needs. The workout facility wasnnice and the breakfast was really good. Our room was fine. The front desk employee was awkward, slow and a little rude.」

「I really loved being able to park just steps from my door. Check in was very easy and simple. The room was adorable, a bit small but I was traveling by myself so it was fine. Bad weather and tornado sirens went off but i never lost electric and felt safe. The only thing I found uncomfortable was the shower head. Stream was very strong and stinging, with the smaller shower you couldn’t get away from it. But it was nice having hot water. Great stay!!」

「When I first checked in my wife found a needle behind the toilet on the floor that had something still in it the place was full of drug users an didn't feel safe staying there at all as we was about to leave the cops showed up two doors down over drugs an you can plainly see where the door has been kicked in more than once the lock didn't work at all 」
