"A/c smelled like old filters. Room clean but cramped. Bed ok, pillows waaaay too firm hurt my neck. "

"Hotel room has brown stains on wall. Smelled strongly of urine. When we were pulling up to check in a hotel staff member knocked on our window to ask if we were checking in…he did not identify himself and it felt very unsafe as a female. "

"Booked this hotel for 3 days for a Birthday trip and it was excellent. The staff was friendly and the room was comfortable and clean. The area felt safe to explore and loved the downtown area at night with all the lights. It was a relaxing and peaceful trip. Would definitely stay again."
