The room was clean, comfortable bed and pillows, but I did freak out when I saw a roach crawling on the wall. I called the front desk, they came and sprayed and I didn't see anymore of them. Other than that it was a comfortable stay

Hilton Columbus Downtown
Had a good stay, however the pool was down and that was literally the only reason we choose to stay here is because of closeness to event venue and pool for the kids. The kids were extremely disappointed.

Very nice!! The lady working the counter accidentally transposed my room # and I couldn't open door oops someone was already in that room. Went back to counter and super accommodating, it was an honest mistake and not a problem. I was in service industry for 25 years, mistakes happen!!
