“The Nichols is a very nice, comfortable Inn located conveniently to the things we needed (walking distance to a nice local pub, close to pizza place, the Pottery..). The staff were very helpful and kind. The beds were comfy. The breakfast was good -- make tour own waffles, make your own omlet! Plenty of yogurt, pastry, and coffee. We were able to comfortably sit and gab with our relatives in the lobby. We had a great stay.”

“The staff was absolutely amazing! Friendly, helpful and courteous. The pool was clean, hit tub was warm, not really hot. The room for the most part was clean. The overall hotel, room, hallways, stairs need to be thoroughly vacuumed. The elevator was very dirty. I know they are doing some painting and maybe the new GM ( which was very very nice to talk to) will have it cleaned up. ”

“We checked in at 4pm, when it says on their website that check in time starts. Upon arrival, we were told that our room wasn't ready yet and that they didn't know when it would be ready. We arrived at 4pm so that we could sit in the hot tub before the concert at Treasure Island started at 6pm. We missed out on the hot tub and had to get ready in the main hallway bathroom since our room still wasn't ready. It was dissapointing. And the hot tub is closed on Mondays so we weren't able to use it the……
